Aimee Hollendieck is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. She has been in private practice with Counseling Connections since September of 2010. Aimee began working in the field in 2008 on an adult intensive care unit of an inpatient mental health hospital in Omaha. Aimee worked with a wide variety of patients including those with severe and/or persistent depression, bipolar, schizophrenia and substance abuse issues.† Aimee went on to work in an outpatient facility in Omaha that specializes in eating disorders.
She takes an eclectic approach to therapy to best suit the client but specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She enjoys working with teens and adults and has experience working with individuals, couples, groups and families.
Aimee received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Dana College in 2004; she also minored in religion while there. She went on to receive her Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2010.
Aimee is a member of the Association for Private Practice Therapists (APPT), and is a Certified Professional Counselor.
Aimee is currently accepting new clients; individuals and families.
She is on the following insurance panels: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Midlands
Choice, Aetna, Coventry, United Healthcare, and MHNet.† Aimee also sees clients who are self pay,
